Refund Policy

Change of mind:
In store: Products purchased in store may be exchanged for a store credit. The product must be unopened/Unused and a receipt must be provided. We will only exchange change of mind products for a store credit.
Online: Change of mind refunds for products purchased online are unavailable

Damaged Products:
All electrical products have a warranty of 6 months.
If an online order arrived damaged, please take as many photos as possible and contact us.
We are unable to refund products that have been damaged at fault of the customer.
Please have a receipt available for any instore returns

Click & Collect:

Click and collect orders will be available within 1 hour of ordering. Please collect during business hours from 53 Bridge St, Murray bridge, SA.

Orders not collected within 1 week will be refunded (Exclude fresh flowers. Fresh Flowers must be collect the day they are purchased or a refund will be issued)

Shipping

All online orders are shipped with Australia post. Please allow up to two business days for orders to be sent. Once received by Australia post, it is up to them to deliver in a timely manner.
